1. Customer-Uploaded Content & Custom Production
We offer custom production services that allow customers to upload their own designs, logos, images, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content to our website, you agree to the following terms:
Proof of Authorization: You represent and warrant that you own all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights to the User Content you upload, or that you have obtained valid, legal authorization from the rightful owner to use and reproduce the materials for your intended purpose.
Mandatory Authorization Documentation: Before any custom production or printing can commence, you must provide us with an official authorization letter or a valid contract from the intellectual property owner. This document must explicitly grant you the right to use their trademark, logo, or copyrighted material for the specific products you are ordering. We will not proceed with manufacturing until this documentation is received and verified.
Right to Refuse Production: We strictly prohibit the use of our services to produce counterfeit goods or items that infringe upon third-party intellectual property. If we, at our sole discretion, suspect or determine that any uploaded material infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of a third party, or if you fail to provide the required authorization documentation, we reserve the right to refuse production, cancel your order, and issue a refund (if applicable) without prior notice.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 314 DISPLAY, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your uploaded User Content infringing upon another party's intellectual property rights.
2. Intellectual Property Rights of 314 DISPLAY
All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of 314 DISPLAY or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of our website without our express written consent.
3. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
If you are an intellectual property owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content, product, or design on our website infringes upon your rights, please submit a formal notification to us. Your notice should include the following information:

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable law, 314 DISPLAY has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
